Congratulations on your new Siberian Husky Puppy!

 

           In order to ensure that your puppy remain healthy and happy, scheduled visits to your veterinarian

for well puppy check ups are recommended to continue vaccinations and health care.

Your puppy has been given the highest quality, care and will be current on immunizations and worming at the time of delivery. A health record will be provided, and we recommend this be taken with you to veterinary visits. In the event the puppy was shipped, a veterinary health certificate with immunization record is attached to the puppy’s carrier.

As the purchasers have stated, this puppy is being placed/purchased as a pet/companion and not as a show or breeding prospect. Purchasers shall have the puppy spayed/neutered at six months of age.

To the best of the sellers’ knowledge the puppy is healthy and free of disease. (Ex: distemper, parvo) Purchaser has three business days to verify this with a veterinarians’ initial well puppy exam. If puppy is found to have life threatening development at that time, breeder must be notified immediately. Furthermore, the puppy is guaranteed to OFA clear at 2 years of age, and for disabling genetic defects.  Breeder is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred by the purchaser.  This health guarantee does not include hypoglycemia, diarrhea, worms, kennel cough, coccidian, or giardia. These are common occurrences found in puppies, which are treatable. Precautions are taken to avoid these conditions. Breeder offers a replacement only policy in the event of failure to clear OFA or developing a life threatening/disabling genetic defect by 2 years of age. Replacement shall be of equal quality and value at the earliest availability. The breeder retains the option of second opinions of any medical diagnosis by a veterinarian of the breeder’s choice. NO REFUNDS! Replacement shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser.

 

 Registration application and/or Pedigree will be issued to purchaser when proof of spay/neuter has been provided to breeder and upon processing/issued by AKC.

 

Purchaser agrees that if at any time they become unable/unwilling to continue responsible care and ownership if the puppy, breeder shall be contacted for proper rescue, placement or return of the puppy. There will be no refund of any deposits/payments of returned or rehomed puppies.

I will read and fully understand all provisions herewith and agree to these conditions. Furthermore, purchaser shall be liable for all expenses incurred by the seller should litigation become necessary because of the buyer’s failure to comply with these conditions.
